Latar belakang:Obat memegang peran yangpenting untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan. Pengelolaan obat kabupaten atau kota merupakan tanggung jawab penuh dari pemerintah kabupaten atau kota.Tujuan:Untuk mengetahui perencanaan kebutuhan obat menggunakan metode konsumsi diInstalasi Farmasi Dinas Kesehatan Kota Kediri tahun 2017.Metode:Jenis penelitian deskriptif observasional dengan desain rancangan retrospektif menggunakan data Laporan Pemakaian dan Lembar Permintaan Obat (LPLPO) UPTD Puskesmas di seluruh Kota Kediri dan juga melakukan wawancara mendalam. Hasil:Berdasarkan analisis ABC terhadap rencana kebutuhan obat tahun 2017 terlihat bahwa dari 215 jenis obat yang perlu dilakukan pengadaan obat hanya 115 jenis obat, yang terdiri dari 25 jenis item obat termasuk kelompok A (21,74%) dengan biaya pengadaan sebesar Rp 605.826.367,-(70,21%).Sebanyak 23 item obat termasuk dalam kelompok B (20,00%) dengan biaya sebesar Rp 145.323.838,-(16,84%) dan kelompok C sebanyak 67 item (58,26%) dengan biaya sebesar Rp 111.708.155,-(12,95%). Hasilnya didapatkan bahwa anggaran yang dibutuhkan untuk pengadaanobat sebanyak Rp 863.830.208,-. Simpulan:Perencanaan kebutuhan obat di Instalasi Farmasi Dinas Kesehatan Kota Kediri belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan perhitungan perencanaan yang tertera pada Kepmenkes RI Nomor: 1121/Menkes/SK/XII/2008 tentang Pedoman Tehnis pengadaan obat publik dan perbekalan kesehatan.
Background:Drugs play an important role to improve healthcare. District or city drug management is the sole responsibility of the district or city government. Objectives: to know the planning needs of drugs using the method of consumption atPharmacy Installation Kediri Health Office in 2017.Methods:This type of research is an observational descriptive study with retrospective design using data on Usage Report and Drug Requirement Sheet (LPLPO) UPTD Puskesmas throughout Kediri City and also conducted in-depth interviews to the Chief Medical Officer Kediri City Health Office. The calculation of drug needs plan is done by consumption method then presented in table form and described.Results:The results showed that based on ABC analysis on drug requirement plan in 2017, it was seen that from 215 kinds of drugs that need to be done only 115 drugs, consisting of 25 kinds of medicines including group A (21, 74%) with procurement cost of Rp 605,826,367, -(70.21%). A total of 23 items of drugs included in group B (20.00%) at a cost of Rp 145,323,838, -(16.84%) and group C included 67 items (58.26%) at a cost of Rp 111,708,155, -(12.95%). The result found that the budget required for the procurement of drugs as much as Rp 863.830.208,-.Conclusions and suggestions:The conclusion of this research is that the requirement planning of drug in Pharmacy Installation of Health Office of Kediri Cityis not fully in accordance with the planning calculation stipulated in Number: 1121/ Menkes / SK / XII / 2008 concerning Guideline for Public Procurement of drugs and health supplies.
